4. Digital Land Disclaimer

• "Digital Land" refers only to advertising or visibility rights, not physical land ownership.
• Nexora does not claim or transfer ownership of any physical property.
• Final agreements are subject to mutual consent between involved parties.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• All fees paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Subscription plans may be monthly / yearly and auto-expire if not renewed.
• Nexora reserves the right to change pricing or plans with prior notice.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse Nexora services
• Not to post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content
• Not to impersonate any person or business
• To comply with all applicable local and national laws

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly not allowed:

• Illegal business activities
• Fraud, gambling, betting, or adult services
• Fake listings or misleading advertisements
• Harassment or abuse of Nexora staff or partners

8. Content & Listings

• Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
• Nexora reserves the right to edit, remove, or reject any listing without prior notice.
• Uploaded content may be used by Nexora for promotion and marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nexora shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including business loss or missed opportunities.
• Nexora acts only as a facilitator, not as a party to external transactions.

10. Account Suspension / Termination

Nexora may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Terms are violated
• False information is provided
• Payment obligations are not met
• Activities harm Nexora's reputation or operations

11. Privacy

• User data is handled as per Nexora's Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

12. Changes to Terms

• Nexora may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of services means acceptance of revised terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra, India.
